I have a confession: going through these pictures was a little hard for me. In 4 weeks, one of my best friends (and sister) is leaving for 18 months to serve a mission in Thailand. I have this awful feeling that these next 4 weeks will fly by way too fast...Shelby and I will miss her more than she realizes.

But the happy part is: she truly believes in what she's doing. I can see it in her eyes. She has so much love to share. All I can say is those Thai people are lucky to have her!!

Oh, and are you surprised that Shelby made her way into a few of these photos? You shouldn't be. :)

I have cute friends...

...and she would DIE if she knew I posted her all over my blog, but as you can see she's way too beautiful for me NOT to show her off.

This friend of mine is an AMAZING designer, and she needed a pic for her portfolio. Then I kinda just got carried away...886 pics later. I think she was starting to feel like an annoyed celeb fighting off the paparazzi. I was almost a little frightened she was going to poke me in the eye with the umbrella. :) Well, for a girl who absolutely HATES pictures of herself...it turned out great, don't you think? I really like this funny friend of mine...and her dazzling green eyes.

Way behind!

To say I'm behind on posting is an understatement. I'm sorry.

Well it's official: I spent the coldest day of the year with this wonderful family. I'm not even exaggerating...we are talking FRIGID temps! My coldest shoot yet. However, these guys were amazingly cheerful in spite of it. They are troopers and a joy to work with!

When you look at her, it's like your heart gets a little hug. She has a wonderful spirit about her...
